Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you’re not satisfied with the items you received, then we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

  1. Please contact us, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Refunds will be done via the same payment method used when the item was purchased. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Return Conditions
  • Items must be returns within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be in original condition (not damaged, washed or altered in any way)
  • Items must be returned with original packaging; complete with all manuals and accessories
  • Warranty seal must not be broken
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must not be worn The following items may not be returned without them being defective or them having been an error on our part: for some printers & scanners, keyboards, mice, mobile phones, TV’s, home theatres, stereos/boomboxes, DVD players, inks & toners, fragrances, Hygiene products (such as deodorants, hairbrushes), gift cards, software and game CDs. Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable. Note: The original shipping fee(s) are non-refundable. The returns will be made at your own cost. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. Return Address Please contact us if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Delivery of Physical Items Physical items are delivered by the Delivery Method(s) displayed on the Checkout page. The delivery time is displayed next to each Delivery Method on the Checkout page. However, the delivery time may depend on:
  • the time payment is received
  • the availability of stock
  • holiday
  • the courier
  • hurricane, flood or acts of God Deliveries are made Mondays – Fridays for all Delivery Methods. Certain Delivery Methods also delivers on Saturdays and/ Sundays. Please note that certain Delivery Methods may not deliver on holidays. Delivery of Digital Items Digital items are usually processed within 24 hours and are sent via email. Order Tracking You may track your order by selecting “Track My Order” at the top right-hand corner of the website. Delivery Rates The delivery rates are based on
  • the shipping location
  • the Delivery Method selected on Checkout
  • the weight of your order
  • where the goods are located The delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page. Weight The weight of an item includes packaging weight. Backorders Items on backorder usually take 1-2 weeks to deliver and display a message that states, “This item may take 1-2 weeks to deliver” on the Product page, Cart page and Checkout page. In rare cases, the delivery time may be longer by a few days.
